Product Information

We strive to ensure the accuracy of all menu items, descriptions, and pricing. However, actual items may differ slightly in appearance depending on preparation or delivery handling.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Coverage: Currently limited to selected areas within Kuala Lumpur.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 60–90 minutes, depending on location and traffic conditions.

  • Delivery Charges: May vary based on distance and order size. Charges will be displayed before checkout.

  • Minimum Order: A minimum order amount may apply for delivery services.

Order & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or by phone.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order confirmation.

  • Accepted payment methods include online banking, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets (e.g., GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go).

All payment methods are subject to authorization and verification by your bank. TasteBud will not be liable for delays due to failed transactions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled if food preparation has begun. Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect items delivered.

  • Food quality issues (subject to review).

  • Non-fulfillment of order due to TasteBud’s error.

All refund claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Inaccuracy Disclaimer

Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains inaccuracies related to pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time.

TasteBud may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or services offered on those sites.

Termination

TasteBud reserves the right to deny access to the website or delivery service to any user who violates these terms.
