Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 60–90 minutes, depending on order volume, distance, and traffic.
Delivery Address:
Orders will only be delivered to the address provided at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or unverified locations.
Failed Delivery:
If an incorrect or unreachable address is provided, and the order is returned to us, additional delivery charges will apply for re-delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of food, cancellations are only allowed within 10 minutes of placing an order—only if food preparation has not started.
Once preparation begins, cancellations or changes will not be accepted.

Food items are not returnable once delivered.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g. wrong item, missing item, food quality issue), you must report it within 2 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved refunds will be:

Credit card refunds will be processed per payment gateway timelines, typically 3–5 working days.
